POLICY

Our policy is simple we do not sell your information for any price. We believe in our customer's privacy, so you will not receive mail from anyone but us.

We will issue a store credit if you are not happy with any item EXCEPT the items especially created for you, these items are strictly no returns or exchanges. All items must be returned within 30 days unopened in the original package and shipping box. Please email us to notify Something Magical of your return intention with reason for return, and we will send you by return email a return authorization number which must appear on the outside of the packaging. Please note that our shipping and handling is calculated by Paypal for you. Our shipping and handling rates range from $4.95 to $15.95 depending on the amount of your order. PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all taxable items. Thank you!

If you prefer to send your order snail mail or email and follow up with a check or money order, please make all checks payable to Sunrise Associates PO Box 566 Shawnee-on-Delaware, PA 18356. Sunrise Associates is our parent company. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Sunrise Associates.

We will gladly accept your check, please allow 14 days for your personal check to clear our bank. Money Orders ship the same as paypal customers. Please remember to make checks and money orders payable to Sunrise Associates, our parent company. You may also email your order and send payment via snail mail.
